At Avryn Co., we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, tagged items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Simply print it out and securely package your items in their original box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the progress of your return.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
